If an item is missing from your order, please check the following steps:
- Check in the order tracking if there is another parcel here: How to find or to track my order?
- Check the inside of all boxes, even those that appear to contain only one item.
- If the item is still missing, contact us with photos of the box and the articles that you received.
- If your parcel was damaged, you have the right to refuse the parcel. This will be returned to us. Where is my return?
- If you accept it, you must quickly contact the carrier within 2 days of delivery to make a "Damage Report".
