For security reasons, it is not possible to modify billing information or the delivery address once it has been confirmed.
We sell directly to the public and we cannot add a company name to the invoice, nor can we offer VAT-free purchases..
If your order has been shipped to the wrong address, we will have to wait for it to be returned to our warehouse to refund you.
Returns are delivered back to our warehouses within 15 working days. These are normally processed the same day, or up to a maximum of 2 weeks after receipt during peak periods.
You will be informed by email when we receive your parcel.
