Shipment Methods

Costs

• The cost of delivery is also calculated at checkout, factoring in the size and weight of your items, as well as your location.

Currency

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Any additional fees or exchange rates will depend on your financial service provider.

Customs

• You may be required to pay customs fees upon receiving your order. These fees are not included in our prices, so please consult your local regulations for more information.
• If customs fees are not paid within the timeframe provided by your local customs agency, DHL will destroy the parcel, and no refund will be issued.
• For orders shipped to Canada, if customs fees are not paid, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, we will issue a refund for the order, excluding the original shipping cost. Additionally, a return shipping fee equivalent to the original shipping cost will be applied.
