How to report a problem with your intercom
A. We know that intercoms can sometimes be tricky, and we’re sorry you’re experiencing issues. Before submitting a claim, please follow the steps below to see if they resolve the situation:

Perform a factory reset on your intercom.
- For Cardo devices: https://www.cardosystems.com/download-cardo-updater/
- For Sena devices: https://www.sena.com/eu-en/support/software
- For Snell devices: You can skip this step and proceed directly to section B.

Pair the intercom again and test its functionality.

B. If the problem persists after completing these steps, please provide the following photos:
- The intercom
- The defective parts
- The serial number
These photos are important for processing your claim efficiently.
⚠ Important:
Please do not return the intercom until you have received our return shipping label and instructions.
If the problem is not visually apparent, please still provide photos for assessment.
