Several photos of the entire pair of boots/shoes, including:

The back

The sole (from underneath)

These photos allow us to properly evaluate the condition of the product and ensure a fast resolution.

Please do not return your shoes or boots until you have received our return shipping label and instructions.
If the problem is not visually apparent, please still provide photos for assessment.
