We offer size exchanges for items while maintaining the original price.
Follow these simple steps:
- Return the item(s) to us, and upon receipt, we will issue a refund.
- Place a new order for the correct size.
Price: If the price of your item has changed, contact our Customer Care team with your new order number, and we will refund the price difference.
Timeframe: The new order must be initiated within two months of receiving the original order.
Applicability: Price adjustments are only valid for size exchanges of the same item.
Custom Made to Order, Personalized Items: Exchanges are not accepted for these products and those labeled as “non-returnable, non-exchangeable, or non-refundable" in the description.
Refund: Shipping costs may not be refundable and could be applied to the new order.
