Access the Return Portal:
- Enter your Order Number (7XXXXXXX)*
- If your order number is not valid, enter your invoice number. Contact us for assistance if it doesn't work.
- Enter the email address you used to place your order (refer to your invoice if uncertain).
Once in the Return Portal:
- Select the item(s) to be returned
- Select the quantity of item(s) returned
- Choose your return reason
- Agree with this Return Policy to be able to generate the return label.
Generate the Return Label:
- Select the carrier for your return.
- To proceed, you must agree to the return terms and conditions.
- Enter your email address to receive updates regarding your return.
- Print the return label and stick it on your return parcel, on top of any old labels.
Where should I return my parcel?
- Return the parcel to the nearest Post Office.
- The address of our shipping partner is already filled in.
