What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged or the product is defective?
We’re sorry that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:

Clear photos showing:
- The entire item
- The packaging
- The parcel itself

For liquid damage:
- All affected products that need to be replaced
These photos allow us to assess the damage and process your claim efficiently.

Please do not return the product until you have received our return shipping label and instructions.
If the problem is not visually apparent, please still provide photos for assessment.
