How to report a defective pair of boots or shoes

To help us assess the issue and process your claim as quickly as possible, please provide the following photos:

  • A clear photo showing the defect
  • Several photos of the entire pair of boots/shoes, including:
    • The sides
    • The front
    • The back
    • The sole (from underneath)

These photos allow us to properly evaluate the condition of the product and ensure a fast resolution.


⚠ Important:

Please do not return your shoes or boots until you have received our return shipping label and instructions.

If the problem is not visually apparent, please still provide photos for assessment.
