How to report a product you didn’t order
If you have received the wrong product (not related to fitment or compatibility), please provide the following photos to help us verify the issue and process your claim as quickly as possible:
- The received item
- The packaging
- The product label
- The invoice
These photos allow us to verify the error and ensure you receive the correct product.
⚠ Important:
Please do not return the helmet until you have received our return shipping label and instructions.
If the problem is not visually apparent, please still provide photos for assessment.
